Terms & Conditions for participation in the Referral scheme:
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Triumph Referral Scheme (“Scheme”) offered by Bajaj Auto Limited (“Company”) for its Triumph bikes. By participating in the Scheme, the Participant (“Referrer”) agrees to the following:
Rewards & Conditions: - The Company may provide Rewards [Triumph In-Store Vouchers worth up to INR 5,000/- incl. of taxes] to the Referrer [individual who is providing referral] and Referee [Individual who is being referred] as per the Scheme’s terms, which are subject to change without prior notice. Rewards will only be granted [to the Referrer and Referee] provided the Referee purchases a Triumph bike within 45 calendar days from the date of being referred by the Referrer. The Company reserves the right to withhold or withdraw rewards in cases of suspected fraud, non-compliance, or misuse of the Scheme.
Bike Models included under the purview of Scheme:
a. Speed T4
b. Scrambler 400X
c. Speed 400 UG
Validity of program for providing referrals: up to 31 March 2025
In cases where an individual is referred by multiple referrers, the referral benefit will be given to the referrer whose referral was recorded first, based on the earliest recorded date and time of the referral submission.
Maximum number of eligible referrals that a Referrer can provide is 5 [in one calendar month]
In case of any interpretation issues of the terms and conditions of the referral program, the interpretation of Bajaj Auto Limited will be considered final
Bajaj Auto Limited reserves the right to alter or terminate the Triumph Referral scheme at any point in time without any notice being given to anyone whatsoever
Bajaj Auto Limited reserves the right to validate referrals and reject any that do not meet the criteria
Any attempt at fraud will result in disqualification from the referral program
Referrer provides explicit consent for the Company to contact them via mobile phone (Calls, SMS, WhatsApp, or other messaging platforms) for the purposes of providing promotional information regarding current and future offers, products, and services, if any
Referrer warrants that they have obtained the prior consent of the person who is being referred [Referee] before sharing their details with the Company. Referrer confirms that the referrer has prior consent of their friends/relatives whom they are referring to as part of the referral program. The Company disclaims any/all liabilities which may arise out of the reference made by referrer without the consent of the person referred. The Referrer agrees to indemnify the Company against any claims from Referees arising from the Referrer’s failure to obtain proper consent
In case of any discrepancy or disagreement related to eligibility and rewards of the referral program, the decision of Bajaj Auto Limited will be final.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
By participating in this Referral Scheme, the Referrer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
